Does Jaya Bachchan have beauty issues?

I think the root of the issues around Jaya Bachchan, are based in her perceptions of beauty, and talent as an actress.

During the late 70's, and 80's Jaya had a feud with actress Rekha over the number of movies Rekha appeared in with Jaya's husband,  Amitabh Bachchan. Any film studio is going to put actors, and actresses who get on well on screen together it makes good financial sense; I could list other pairs, even now in Bollywood. It doesn't mean anything more.

In the case of Rekha, I can see Jaya's point; at the time, Rekha was considered a fashion icon, and a beautiful lady, as well as being a very good actress.

Aishwarya Rai

As for Aishwarya Rai the debate is open, in my view, I don't rate her as an actress, or an attractive lady; there again, Kajol is the same. It is only my opinion, both Aishwarya, and Kajol are thought highly of in India.

My view on Jaya; she was a moderately good support actress, and she is not unattractive as a lady, even in her 80's. I shall be honest, neither Aishwarya, or Kajol are my type of lady. I like a lady with a fuller figure.
