Lisa Nandy, the MP for Wigan, said she is pleased people from all over all visiting Wigan.

I wonder who she asked?

I have been to the city, it is a dump. For the millions who have no idea where she is talking about, Wigan lies in the area between Liverpool, and Manchester and is linked in the same category as Stockport, and Bury.
