The Cold Light of day
The reason Bristol is more expensive to living in than London, is that the city has been run by a Labour council for many decades, and with no opposition, they have squandered millions of pounds on useless projects, as well as losing a big money earner in the Big Ships Festival, which moved to Gloucester.
Prices in London are higher, but so are the wages people earn.
For this reason, as much as trying to recover the money owed by Pamela Olsted, I will always by the "poor relative" in my friendship with Svitlana.
Svitlana is under the impression that my limited time online, chatting to her is because I am owed some money, which I hope to get back next week. This is partially true, also, I have to limit my time online as I don't have a lot of spare cash after I pay my bills
