Bad shopping
My complaint is not against eBay, but against a pet food shop in Cinderford, Gloucestershire.
I needed some terrapin food, so, I ordered some from New Hope pet shop. That was three days ago, they have not posted the parcel - they did take my money - I was informed by the tracking provided I won't get the food for another FOUR DAYS. Making it a week, to travel a little over 50 miles.
