Ridge Surveyors

Last month, we got a letter from Bristol City Council saying Ridge Surveyors would be coming to examine the house soon; no date was supplied.
The surveyor turned up yesterday, he knocked so lightly I didn't hear him, I only knew when I put the recycling out and saw his note.The note gave a phome number, and said to ask for a date when we will be in, when we phoned today, we were told they'd come when they choose.
As we have a lot happening this month, with the cremation of my wife, we may miss them again.
