I got the Lupe Velez dvd boxset, originally for my late wife, but she passed away before they arrived.

If this is the style of comedy in alll the films, I am going to enjoy the Mexican Spitfire series.

If you enjoy Carole Lombard's slapstick, you shall enjoy these films. They films are filled with the fun of misunderstood meaning from a foreign language, and innuendo. Her arguments, and comments in Spanish are a treat

In the Lupe Velez film, the Palooka (fall guy) is a man who thinks he is a champion boxer, without realising his manager, Jimmy Durante, fixed the fights to promote his find.

I turned out to be a palooka for a lady who "claimed" she lived in Bristol, and wanted a relationship with me. All she wanted was someone to pay her bills for several months.

I have finally put those days behind me, and I look forward to a steady relationship with my friend, Svitlana, who lives in Didcot, Oxfordshire

Buying goods from YouTube channels

I have several Lupe Velez films I can relax with over the next week or two.

I have bought several t-shirts like this one from the store which helps one of my favourite YouTube channels, Hollywood Mysteries. I did plan to buy the Barbara Stanwyck shirt next, until the brought out a Carole Lombard shirt.

The other one I will buy is for Peter Lorre, the William Powell shirt is questionable, as I have the Thin Man shirt

Recently, while shopping at Asda, one of the guards asked me, "Is that Madonna?"
