British Gas Dilemma

My finances are blocked by the lack of a refund from British Gas for now. They said allow 10 days, that time expired a week ago, and still no sign of my funds.
If I get the refund, I can pay them ironic isn't it, send some money to get my money from a lady who owes me money, and get some credits for a chat with my friend, Svitlana on Charming Talks, who is worried about me as I wasn't able to chat to her last night
