Tonight I contacted a firm who claim to get money back from a scam.
While I cannot prove the set up for my eBook (above) was a scam; there were aspects which made me wonder, after the event.
Why did a bestselling writer in the USA contact me?
Why didn't she say how she found out about me?
Why was her Twitter profile deleted days after the "supposed" contact?
Why did her "agent" change her name, then stop contacting me after two weeks?
There is also the fact of the 50% jump in the price of the deal we made, with the added charge of $50 for adding the book on Amazon.
When I saw what her agency had done, my reaction was OMG!!!!!!! I can do better using the KDP software; they ruined what had been a good cover. The title, and author name could NOT be seen.
