A lot is written about using SEO to attract readers. SEO is Search Engine Optimiser, basically using key words to highlight areas of interest, with the hopes of atteacting readers.
I am not qualified in the IT world, nor do I know how to utilise SEO fully, but with over 200 peaople a day reading the blog, do I need to do more?
Considering I rarely write about a trend, I do not appear to suffer a loss of readers, like the character in my eBook said, "There are plenty of people willing to do that." I chose not to write on trends, but to be my voice.
My ability as a writer is to be an entertainer, and from the amount of readers, I would say I do well in that respect.
You can use all the skills you can muster, and all the IT knowledge you can learn, the bottom line is the same; if you are not intersting, you will not gain readers.
