Last week on Twitter, I was contacted by Matthew Paul Turner, a New York Times bestselling chidren's author.
He complimented me on how long I was a writer, then I had to inform him I stopped writing about five years ago. If the cchat follows its regular pattern it will go like this.
Why did you stop?
I couldn't sell my eBooks.
You could be waiting for the right promotion, I can ut you in contact with my lterary agent, if you wish?
At which point, I say thank you, but as a disabled pensioner, I can't justify the costs
