Revision times
My current project should be out in late October, if all goes well with the editing.
After this work, my next project is planned to be a revision of my award winning book, as this will require a lot of work, I am not expecting to finish until late January.
The main reason for the gap is this book is unfinished; the first part is the section which earned the award in 2012, I later added two parts with the choice of a romantic ending.
Also, this is a hard time of the year for me, financially, being a pensioner my money is limited and with birthdays, and Christmas running into each other until March I won't have anything to put aside for publicity.
The inspiration for the story came while I was watching Lorraine Kelly at a friend's, she was complaining about having sand in her shoes, and I thought, "What a bitch, nobody thinks of the camera crew."
I used to be a photographer, so I know all about how badly they get treated. Mark Johnson, the lead character is as close to me putting myself in a story as I have got. Many of the traits he has are the same as mine.
