Life gets boring
There are many reasons why groups seperate, other than internal friction. One of the biggest reasons, in my opinion is life on the road gets boring quickly.
Imagine a group like ABBA, we know their songs, and tunes, but for the group, I imagine singing the same songs night after night, with only a change of order, and venue to break the monotony, singing got tiresome quickly. Even if you perform new songs, the old favorites keep being requested
