A new sales platform

Starting this month, my eBook selection is being set up on a new sales store, I have become so disslisioned with Draft2Digital / Smashwords; I am going to try to get some sales from Payhip, in the hope if I do, this will rekindle my writing.
If I do get sales for this story, which I sold the idea for a series to a publisher last month, Payhip could be the start of a new chapter for me as a writer. I have many ideas for stories, all I need is the belief the readers will be willing to buy my work to continue.
