For decades, I have suffered with a weak left wrist. The muscles around the joint are too weak to support the bones, so they often lock in awkward positions. There is no set position for me to avoid, I can turn a mattress over with no problem, then find my wrist locking picking up my cellphone.

The only way I was able to release the joint, was to hit the area with my other fist, I knew this would make matters worse, but I had no option

There but for the Grace of God

There is a verse in the Bible about a man cursing his family for four generations Deuteronomy 5:9 and Exodus 34:7, that is how I feel about my paternal heritage.

My father's father got a maid pregnant, and left her. My father never knew his father; I inherited bad genetics from my mother, and passed them to my family.

When my son said he could not have children, I was upset, now, I feel as though we were cursed. I have passed several genetic flaws to my children.

I joked in my days in school, and for a long time after; I felt I was made from the leftovers of experients by Dr. Frankenstein, as I had no girlfriends. The longer I live, the more my joke appears to have foretold my life
