For decades, I have suffered with a weak left wrist. The muscles around the joint are too weak to support the bones, so they often lock in awkward positions. There is no set position for me to avoid, I can turn a mattress over with no problem, then find my wrist locking picking up my cellphone.
The only way I was able to release the joint, was to hit the area with my other fist, I knew this would make matters worse, but I had no option
