The blog is taking off
I don't write with the trend
As the blog is new to many readers, I will explain one or two things for you.
First, and most important to me, I may touch on trending topics, unlike other writers, I don't aim to boost my figures by writing about any trend to get readers.
My blog, will be controversial, but it is MY blog, and the opinions expressed are mine, which often go against what the media says; mainly because I prefer to read the story behind the headline, rather than base my opinions on an often biased view. To show my point, a few years ago, there was a headline in the papers "Israel cuts power to Gaza." What the headline didn't explain was Israel cut the power as Gaza had a bill of over $11,0000 which they refused to pay as they support Hamas.
I know this as I subscribed to Israel Today magazine for three years. When you read your paper, here is something the press do NOT tell you, in 1967, Gaza was given the choice of either getting help from Israel, or Palestine; they chose Palestine.
I won't deny I am pro-USA, pro-Israel, I can't say I am pro-Brexit, as I voted to stay out of the European single market in 1972. I am not saying I agree with every decision the countries make, but history should be read before making an opinion. An example for this is Germany, few people realise the UK, and the USA have been supporting Germany for over 100 years. Many people attack the USA for meddling in affairs they say are not their business, in most cases they go into situations to clear up a mess left by France; Indochina - AKA Vietnam - is a good example.
