On Twitter, I have noticed my posts about either Rani Mukerji, or Madhuri Dixit draw likes, and reposts.

I have enjoyed watching Rani for years, until last year, when she did The Fame Game, shown on Netflix; I was not a fan of Madhuri; the reason being she, like many actresses in Bollywood was shown as the romantic interest in musicals with the likes of Aamir Khan, or Anil Kapoor.

What puts me off Anil Kapoor is his films, like those of Salman Khan are about him; he is not in the film,the film is centerd around him.

Not everyone enjoys a musical

On my eBay page, you will find a lot of films with Anil Kapoor in; the reason for this is I thought he was like his namesakes Raj Kapoor, and Shashi Kapoor, actors I enjoy watching. He is more akin to their brother Shammi Kapoor, once considered the Elvis Presley of India.

You may wonder why I bought the films, if I don't like the lead actor?

I bought then as many feature actresses such as Madhuri Dixit, and Aruna Irani who I enjoy watching, but I soon realised the stories in Anil's films are like those of Salman Khan, geared to his dancing ability; the same as Shammi's were geared to his singing ability. Anil isn't the member of the Kapoor clan I can't watch, I can't stand to watch Rishi Kapoor either, which is a shame as he often appeared with one of my favourite actresses, Reena Roy.

I don't usually aim posts for a trend, but today I am; in recent weeks, I have come to the attention of a channel about Madhuri Dixit on Twitter.

It was not my intention for this to happen, my intention was point out misspellings in the names of Bollywood actors, and actresses', and Ms. Dixit's is a common name spelled incorrectly.

I have been using the channels connected to her name to attempt to boost sales of my Indian DVDs on eBay, as I have several with her in.

The reason I am selling these is they are musicals with Anil Kapoor, and that is enough for me.
