This my preference, so don't put too much weight on its relevance; as I said, I haven't seen Sridevi act.
From my view, as actress I would put the ladies in this order

Madhuri Dixit
Sridevi
For beauty, the order would probably be
Raveena
Sridevi
Madhuri
I am pleased to see Raveena has come on a long way since she began as the romantic interest in a series of films with Govinda.
