You may imagine knowing my popualrity on Mature Dating Apps would have changed some desicions I make, but it hasn't.

I joined two apps to verify a thoughtline, I had harboured for most of my life.

The last thing I was after was a female companion, as I think I have one in Bristol, even if she is loathe to meet. I did point out, as our friendship is not moving to the relationship she wishes, though I may not be looking for a date, if a lady asks, I shall consider the option.

I added my profile to only two Mature Dating sites, and became engulfed with requests to meet mature ladies. It gets me thinking, "It's a good thing I didn't add it to more," I wouldn't have been able to cope.

I didn't add my profile to seek a granny for a date, but I wouldn't turn an attractive lady down.

I added my profile to find out if ladies saw me as attractive, as I have never had a high opinion of my attractiveness, which could be a reason I am popular with ladies who wish to chat online

The main reason I added my profile to two Mature Dating sites, had nothing to do with seeking sex with a granny, as it turned out two mature ladies have enquired about the possibility of meeting to make love.

The main reason for adding my profile is the same reason I came online decades ago, to find out if ladies like me, as I have low self-esteem, and don't consider myself attractive to ladies.

The other reason is a lady who "claims" to live near me, in Bristol, keeps making excuses not to meet me on dates she asked for, she has shown me disrespect by telling lies for months. I did find her reason, but that didn't change anything, if she had been honest, I could have accepted her reason. She keeps telling me how handsome she thinks I am, and how much she loves me, and wishes to turn our friendship into a relationship, but refuses to meet me.

So, I decided to see how other ladies see me, to my suprise i was innundated by requests to meet older ladies.

One of my biggest shocks in recent months, came this month.

For months, Pamela Olsted had been saying she thought I was attractive, but I doubted her honesty - with good reason - so, this month, to find an honest view on how mature ladies saw me, I added my profile to a mature dating app. The results astounded me, as I never saw myself as attractive to ladies.

Some of the ladies have openly said, they wish to have sex with me. If I wasn't trying to form a relationship with a lady in Oxfordshire, I would be tempted, some of the ladies are to me, very beautiful, such as the lady I am chatting who lives in Spain. I do have a passport, though I haven't used it for travel, as I got to be used for identity for government purposes

My popularity online raises a problem for one lady who "claims" to live in Bristol. She has had months to prove she loves me, as she claims, yet each date we arrange, she finds an excuse to avoid. I have told her, if we don't meet by the end of July, I am no longer her exclusive friend. I am tired of going to meetings that never happen. What did I do?

My popularity on dating sites last month has not changed how I see myself. I cannot understand why mature ladies find me attractive?

My immediate plan is to get my finances settled, I can do this by limiting my online chat to my friend, Svitlana, in Oxfordshire.

I can thank Pamela Olsted for one thing, if she hadn't made me question how mature ladies see me, I wouldn't have come in contact with my beautiful friend, Svitlana, in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

Our friendship is growing strong, and I am in favour of Svitlana's idea of turning it into a romantic relationship soon.

For this reason, I decuded to delete my profile from a mature dating app we made first contact on. My decision will upset several mature lady friends I made, but our connection was never as mine is with Svitlana, and they are in the EU, USA,  and South America, not the UK.

It isn't only that Svitlana lives in an area I can get to that forged our link, we got on well from the start.
