The reason I didn't enjoy this film has nothing to do with Carole Lombard, I disliked the Latin lover role played by Cesar Romero. The role is very sleazy, and over the top, the buy-out ploy worked better for Wallace Beery and Jean Harlow in Dinner at 8.
Until this week, I hadn't seen a Jean Harlow film, I found out I do like her as an actress.
