Two years ago, my late wife got a suprise. The previous year, I had left some pumpkin seeds in the compost pile, I expected them to rot, or freeze. The opposite happened, we had a bumper crop of healthy pumpkins. This pleased her totally, she loved pumpkins, for my part, I can't stomach pumpkins
