The appointment of Andy Burnham as the Labour Party leader is no more than sticking a plaster on a broken leg.

The issue is basic, the people of the UK have had no faith in the party since the 1940's. What the party doesn't tell you, but the statistics will, is the party have been holding seats they won in the Election after the General Strike of 1929, which brought them to power.

Burnham won't hold an election, he knows he will lose, thereby becoming a worse PM than Keir Starmer. Imagine the humiliation of forcing the party leader out, taking over, then losing your seat within months
