I spent around 30 minutes, yesterday afternoon, trying to convince my friend, Svitlana, I have no desire to leave our friendship as it moves to a relationship.
The reason for her concern is each month I need to cut our chat for a day or two, as my money rarely stretches to a 30-day month, and this month has been especially tough, with several hospital visits to pay for.
I called the Bristol City Council to explain my situation, and the lady who answered was very polite and understanding.
