Samsung Health Awareness
Though I didn't meet my friend in Whitchurch, Bristol, this afternoon, the walk out was pleasant, very different to Monday, when the humidity was so low I couldn't breathe.
The main advantage to the walk is I get the opportunity to be close to nature, I can listen to the birds, and see the bees collecting pollen, as well as the journey allows me to view birds along a river near my house in Hartcliffe.
Today's walk was humerous, I took a longer route, yet because my Samsung Health app didn't fully function, apparently, I took fewer steps 😃
