Friendship or Relationship?
This isn't a post about the Grand Canyon, religion, or politics. This post is about how I differentiate between a friendship, and a relationship.
Over the years, I have formed close friendships with people online, some as far away as Queensland, Australia, others as close as Bath, Somerset. No matter how close these were, they didn't become a relationship, in my terms, as we never met. To me, if you meet a person, they have the possibility of forming a relationship with you.
This is why my friend in Whitchurch, Bristol and I have a close friendship, not the relationship she thinks we have. We are close friends, but after 12 dates, we are yet to meet, and the way things are going, I doubt we shall meet, as I am tired of going to meet her, only for her to find an excuse not to be there.
