Did I have a relationship?
The answer to what could be seen as a simple question, lies in two parts. Lies is an irony, as the root of my doubts is a series of lies I was told by a friend in Bristol.
I have been trying my best to meet a lady in Whitchurch, Bristol as it is not far from my home in Hartcliffe. On numerous occassions, many at HER REQUEST, I have gone to Asda to meet her, only to be told she cannot make the meeting. I had suspected she had been felling lies for a long time, last week she addmitted it. Her reason, if I am to believe it, is she didn't feel she could meet me. I said why didn't you say so, I would have understood.
Perhaps the question should not be can the friendship last, but do I wish it to last?
After all, she showed me disrespect by not being honest, can you start a romance on that basis?
