The Los Palmas Mystery
Spanish Romance
My short story, The Los Palmas Mystery centres on one of my phobias, high buildings with glass fronts. My phobia had nothing to do with the movie, The Towering Inferno, my worry is about the safety of having such large areas of glass so high.
This was highlighted last year, when during high-winds, two sheets of glass fell from a tower in the center of Bristol, it was a mirace there were no serious injuries. Anyone under the tower would have been shredded by the glass
