I have never viewed ladies wearing glasses as an issue, my late wife, of 38 years, wore glasses all the time we knew each other. I had two girlfriends who wore glasses. Before you start a thought process, that is not a trait I look for. I didn't realise a young lady in Bristol Museum wished to ask me out, but I didn't realise this, she was attrctive to me, and yes, she wore spectacles.
