It is ironic, the only film Sophia Loren got awarded an Oscar for is La Ciociara, She plays a mother in Italy after WW2, whose daughter finds out she sleeps with Allied soldiers. When her disgusted daughter asks her why?
She replies, "How do you think I kept us fed?"
Before you condemn a lady for selling herself, consider the choice she made, few do it for enjoyment, most do it to pay bills.
As Native Americans say, " Do not judge a person, until you have walked three miles in their shoes."
