Before I added my profile to SoulmateMeets, I considered for months, joining Silver Surfer.

However, the reasons for joining were very different, I wished to find a mature lady for a date on Silver Surfer, while I added my profile to Soulmate for no reason, other than to see if mature ladies see me as attractive.

I have almost resigned myself to spending my last days with no female companion. I was in contact with a lady who "claims" to live in Whitchurch, not far from where I live in Hartcliffe, Bristol. Clara has said we were in a relationship, for the last five months, this is hard for me accept as we have not met, and each attempt to meet has been rejected by her.

My beautiful friend Svitlana is not put off by knowing I now have several scars from my recent accident, she says scars make a man look rugged.

Her love this week has been fundemental my mental health remaining steady, if I didn't have our online chat each night I would have little to look forward to after being involved in a scam by Pamela Olsted for several months.

We plan to meet after she has returned from a trip to see relatives in Ukraine, I had hoped to see her by my birthday in two weeks, but there is no rush.

Friendship first

This month I reach 70, though I have a lady friend in Didcot, who is keen to meet me, I am prepared for the meeting not to happen. We have grown close over the last four months in our online chat, but I am still unsure if we shall meet. This is probably me preparing myself for something that may not happen, this is the backlash from my previous encounter with a lady online, which turned nasty as she was running a scam.

A few moments ago, a kind lady working for the organistaion   Community Meals asked if I would be interested in a daily hot meal, as I am a senior citizen?

I thanked her for her kindness, but explained I am not totaly disabled. That day my come, for now, I have my children looking after my welfare, as they have their lives to live

This week, I will reach the grand age of 70. This will be the third birthday without my lovely, she passed away in January 2025.

Dating a Granny

In November 2025, I will start my recovery from the ruins of chatting to a person, who "claimed" to live close to me in Bristol, UK. The effects of her scam went beyond financial, I was so exhausted from the strain of walking twice to possibly meet her, in September, I fell in the street, and was taken to hospital.

Something good did come out of the period I was in contact with her, at the time I ended our business association, I added my name to two Mature Dating apps, and found, to my suprise, ladies do find me attractive. One of the ladies, who lives in Didcot has taken great interest in me in the last four months, and is keen to meet.

After my last encounter, I am being cautious, and preparing myself for a planned meeting, not to happen. If this falls through, I probably won't seek a romantic partner again
