This weekend things came to a head for me, since November, I had been helping a lady who said she was my "friend." It turned out she was running a scam using me.

In June, after never meeting her, I cut my contact with her. A month later, a person "claiming" to be her sister said she would repay the £3,000 I am owed. From the start, I consdiered it another scam, but with so much at stake, I decided it was worth a risk.

Over the months, I walked to Hartcliffe, Bristol, to Whitchurch in all weathers to get an Apple card that worked, as they "claimed" cards from other stores were faulty.

Last week, I told the person acting as sister I needed a rest as I was worn out, but she pressed me.

On Friday, I was so tired, and aching I tripped and ended up covered in blood, from a fall on my return from Asda, Whitchurch. The outcome of the fall is I spent the night in Southmead Hospital. After feigning concerns over the injuries she caused, she added insult to injury by increasing the ammount she is asking for rose from £20 to £30. I laid the law down, from here, if I don't get my money, I am not concerned. I wish to end my contact with the two people.

During my fall, I broke my nose, and lost my favourite replica shirt as it got covered in blood. The hospital is talking about giving me a restructed nose, the choice is mine, to me, a reformed nose is not important as my nose has been broken for over 50 years

A Senior Citizen's day out

The result of my recent day out was I ended the day in Southmead Hospital, with a broken nose. The surgeon did offer to correct the twist in the nose, but with a smile I said, "No thank you, after all it's been like for 58 years, the result of an accident playing cricket."

Part of the accident was the uneven tarmac on the pavement, a part just as relevant, if not more is I was tired after walking back (again) from Whitchurch, Bristol to get an Apple gift card, in the hope of getting some of my loan refund.

Not long after I went to hospital, I sent the person asking for the card a picture of my injuries, with the message, "This is the result of getting you the Apple cards." 

If I didn't think it was another scam at the start of the offer, I am certain now. Not on;y did she ask for another card, she upped the ammount on the card.

My plan for next week

Silver Trauma is the medical term for accidents by senior citizens, doctors need to check for secondary related injuries.

After having an accident close to South Bristol Community Hospital, Hengrove, yesterday, my plans for next week are dominated by hospital visits.

On Momday, it is back to Southmead Hospital for a scan on my injured wrist, and booking an appointment for Friday at our doctor's to get the stitches removed from over my left eye. I planned to book an appointment, to have my medication updated, but I need to be careful as I may have an appoinment soon in Hengrove to get my lipoma removed

The wait is off

Last night, I severed ties with Pamela Olsted, and the person "claiming" to be her sister, after an accident caused by their demand for Apple gif cards, ended with me spending the night in Southmead Hospital, Bristol.

They claimed they would refund my loan, but for the first mention, i suspected it was another scam, until last night, I hoped I would get the money, now I don't care. I am putting this episode behind me, and moving on with my relationship with Svitlana, my friend in Didcot, Oxfordshire, who does care about me
